Shared Apartment
Our apartments are neat and well equipped and you will be sharing with other students or trainees from Formación FU Tenerife. You can be in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz within a few minutes. This lively town offers a wide range of cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities, or at the ‘Playa Jardín’ beach is just a short walk away. This black sand beach is about one kilometre long and is ideal for sunbathing, swimming or just for a walking. The language school is 10 - 20 minutes walk away - depends on location.
The large, pleasant living-room is furnished with a dining table, 4 chairs, a television, two sofas and a coffee table. The living room is very lighted and airy thanks to a large glass door onto the balcony.
Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and bed side table.
The fully equipped, spacious kitchen offers everything, what you need for cooking: ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishes, silverware, etc. Of course there are as well toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle.
In all apartments there is a washing machine and an iron. You can use it without extra cost. Bed linens are provided. Please bring your own towels.

- Deposit: 50 €. This deposit will be refunded in full if the accommodation is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
Week basis: Check in on Sundays, Check out on Saturdays. Alternative arrangements are possible for a suplementary charge, see "extra days".
- FU International Academy is responsible for the weekly cleaning of all common areas, please note that you are responsible for cleaning your own room during your stay.
- Tenants are collectively responsible for keeping the whole apartment clean and tidy.
- Before your departure make sure your room is clean and tidy.
- Transfer (airport-accommodation) from north airport 35€; south airport 70€.
- Arrival by transfer: one of the school's representatives will meet you at the apartment, show you around and give you the key.
- Arrival by Bus: we will welcome you at the bus stop and one of the school's representatives will accompany you to the apartment, show you around and give you the key.
We advise people who choose this type of accommadation that they must be adaptable and prepared to live with other people from different nationalities and cultures and be sensitive to their way of life.
