If you book a language course with FU International Academy in the period from 01.May to 15. July and you would like to live on Finca El Rincón, we offer you a discount of 20 % of the total amount of the accomodation.

The Finca is situated on the coast among the banana plantations in the beautiful Orotava Valley – the area is also referred to ‘El Rincón’. It is in an unique location with breathtaking sea views and two sandy beaches practically on the doorstep. Although for the fact that it is secluded, it is near to the bus stop and the main road into town. Taxis are not expensive in Tenerife.

You can reach Puerto de la Cruz by foot along a beautiful coastal path in about half an hour or  about 10 minutes by car.

You can choose between:
Studio apartments: S1-room, about 25 sqm, small patio
Regular apartments: N2-rooms, about 40-50 sqm., terrace about 20-30 sqm., for up to 4 people.
Large apartments: G3-rooms, about 90 sqm., a large living/dining room and a kitchen on the upper floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower floor, terraces about 50 and 20 sqm., for up to 6 people.
La Casita 1 room, about 30 sqm, small patio, exclusive location.

Booking Conditions per night:
(The minimum stay is 7 days)

*  Christmas period: 24.12. – 06.01. Easter period: Saturday before Easter Weekend until Easter Monday. Each additional person 12,50 €.

We charge the price of one aditional night to cover our one-off costs such as cleaning the apartment at the end of your stay, if more than one rate applies to your stay, this is charged at the lower rate.

FINCA BOTINO

This rustic, beautifully renovated and fully equipped finca is situated in the middle of the countrside in ‘El Rincón’ - Tenerife´s most beautiful location, it is just a10 minutes walk to 3 beaches. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and up to Mount Teide. ‘Rincón’ means "a quiet corner" – so you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet during your holiday. There are no close neighbours, the 16,000 m² finca is situated amongst banana plantations.


          

Finca Botino has 3 apartments each with its own terrace, and one terrace for common use. Each apartment (about 60 m²) has 2 bedrooms, living room and fitted kitchen, all brand-new and very stylishly renovated.

Price per apartment and per night

FINCA ROMERA

A holiday in Finca Romera will be a relaxing and unforgettable expereience. This typical Canarian cottage has been tastefully restored and divided into three apartments accommodating up to 3 people each. It has a lovely swimming pool and sun terrace.

The apartments have balconies with breathtaking views along the coast and out  over the Atlantic. In apartment no.1 and no.2  there is a entrance hall with a table and an armchair (which converts into a bed for a third person). Upstairs is the living room, with American kitchen, dining area, double bedroom and  bathroom (WC and shower).

Apartment no.3 has two bedrooms and is approached via the stairs and the balcony. There is a living room, with American kitchen, a small bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom (WC and shower). The double bedroom has another bathroom (WC and shower).

Expenses
The price of 65 € for 2 persons (per night) for this high-class finca with pool is by the way very moderate. For each additional person we charge you  15 euros per night.

Christmas period: 24.12. – 06.01. Easter period: Monday before Easter until Easter Monday there is a supplement of 20%.

Final cleaning: Please note that guest are required to pay for the cleaning at the end of the stay. The charge is the cost of one nights stay.
