Our school has had a make over! Our classrooms have been painted cheerful colours to help keep you alert during classes and during your break you can relax in our café and enjoy some super new coffees. Whether you choose from frappé or latte, mocha or caramel macchiato, con leche or cappuccino there is something to suit your every mood, all made with the best freshly ground Columbian beans. Mercedes and her team are kept busy all day serving coffee and tasty snacks at crisis friendly prices! The menu del día, dish of the day, is still excellent value at € 3,90 prices. Festivals How much time have you got? May is “High season” for festivals. The Fiestas de la Cruz or the Holy Cross, take place at the beginning of May. In the northern district of Los Realejos, this tradition goes back over three hundred years. All the churches, chapels and crosses around the area are decorated with the most spectacular flowers arrangements, a real feast for the eyes. On the 3rd May there is the ever popular annual firework competition between two streets "Medio de Arriba" and "Del Sol" in the town. The rivalry between these two streets makes this three-hour firework show the most spectacular in the Canary Islands. If you don’t mind the noise you can walk around the streets but the display can been seen for miles around so find yourself a vantage point, sit back and enjoy the show. When?
