Join our group meditation with relaxing sounds of ancient yoga. In our meditation center, you will learn how to relax and rest in your daily life.

In the program there will be 3 meditation techniques with the sound of yoga:
Guided relaxation while lying on the floor, Deep Breathing Technique and Sankirtan: group meditation with guitar music

The session will be in Spanish and English.
